How the biggest loser study was flawed.

After several articles about the biggest loser candidates gaining all their weight back We felt the need to add some commentary pertaining to this. Yes they regained weight but it was more due to not gradually integrating foods back into their diets in addition to not maintaining a healthy balanced diet. A plan for weight loss maintenance is needed that includes room for some indulgence but overall healthy choices that follow the rule of eating till satisfied not full.
